Have your say: 2024 QLife service user survey

We are inviting people who have used QLife to participate in our June 2024 survey. The survey is open NOW until 5th July 2024!

Your opinion is important to us.

It’s an opportunity to contribute to improving the services that we offer to you and other LGBTIQ+SB people and their friends & family.

We would appreciate your honest and constructive feedback to help us deliver the service you need.

QLife Updates

1 July 2024

This is a message for our QLife West Coast service users. Due to some operational limitations, there will unfortuantely not be a peer supporter available between 10pm and midnight AWST tonight, Monday 1st July. This disruption will only impact WA service users. For other states, operating hours are the same as normal. We are sorry for this disruption and are working on ways to strengthen our coverage.

27 June 2024

There may be a brief interruption to our webchat services this afternoon between 3pm and 6pm AEST as the service undergoes scheduled maintenance.

8 May 2024

We're pleased to announce the launch of the QLife Impact Report 2024. This document, with artwork by designer Jacq Moon, outlines the broad goals of QLife's services, how we work towards those goals, and the ways that QLife has made a difference for LGBTIQ+SB communities in the years 2022 and 2023.

Things to know when contacting QLife

While we aim to respond to calls as quickly as possible, sometimes the service is in very high demand and we may not be able to get to everyone. We understand that it can be disappointing not to be connected to a peer, and encourage you to try us again a little later if this happens. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering as a QLife peer supporter, click here.

If you have any feedback, please speak with your peer, or complete the user feedback survey here. We appreciate that with all changes there may be things that don’t go quite right. We will work quickly to resolve any issues that are identified.
