As soon as we arrived in Nabeul, we went to dinner at this restaurant which was recommended to us. The place is very nice, modern and welcoming, the kind and professional waiter accompanies us to our table. We eat a good fish soup and for second we order a grilled sea bass (we are told it is the last one left) accompanied by a plate of rice and vegetables. Alas, as I begin to eat the rice, I find a hair that makes me lose my appetite. I return the plate to the waiter who is sorry for what happened. Luckily the fish was separate but for me the dinner was ruined, the image of the hair was always present. The owner's apologies arrived, a sorbet and a glass of mint tea were not requested, perhaps to try to make up for it. The bill arrives without even a bit of discount, this would have been a courteous and attentive gesture towards the customer! When we get up to leave we expect the owner to walk us to the door and apologize again but none of this! What more can I say... it's not enough to take care of the appearance, the content must also be up to par, sometimes very little is enough but it's the little that makes the difference. Desoleė!!!! The waiter was good and professional!!! I forgot, the owner was busy showing the fish for other customers, but wasn't ours the last one left???
