Two MICHELIN stars: exceptional cuisine. Worth a detour!
Very good standard.

Chef Kang Min-goo's keen eye for detail shines in Mingles, from the ceramic ware that highlights the beauty of Korean cuisine to the warm luxury of empty space apparent in the interior design. From the beginning, Kang has marched to the beat of his own drum, breaking down barriers by marrying the old with the new, but always with a deep respect for tradition... More info

Unique flavours of Korean-fusion cuisine. I enjoyed being shown the “basket” of ingredients used for the dishes throughout the degustation. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Maybe our expectation was a bit high, given the place is rather high profile among restaurants in Seoul, somehow we were not very impressed. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, enjoyable but that's about it. It's very safe, nothing really stood out. We also felt the bites were more enjoyable than the main. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Truffle Egg

This is the best Michelin Star Restaurant I have tried. Chef Kang is re-inventing Korean cuisine. The food was unreal. From surprise to surprise, Chef Kang really takes it to another level with his Mingling Pot and Risotto - both best ever I have eaten. The bimbim bap and Jang Trio were heavenly prepared. The wine pairing was on point and the service was beyond stellar. I had the chance to converse briefly with Chef Kang and manager / sommelier Lee who were both personable and charismatic. Thank you Chef Kang and Mingles Team. Until my next visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
