As Danone continues to advance on its Renew Danone strategy and prepares for the next chapter, following the Olympics, I am pleased to share that I will also be taking on a new role at the company. I am privileged to step into the role of Chief HR Officer, alongside my ongoing responsibilities as Research & Innovation, Quality, and Food Safety Officer. Over the past two years at Danone, I have been inspired by the passion and dedication of our teams, all working together to deliver health through food to as many people as possible. I firmly believe that our success in achieving the Renew Danone strategy depends on cultivating a strong people culture, fostering continuous learning, and driving innovation. I am eager to embrace this new challenge and contribute to Danone's ongoing commitment to excellence. I would like to thank Antoine de Saint-Affrique for entrusting me with this opportunity. I also wish to acknowledge and thank Roberto Di Bernardini for his leadership in human resources thus far and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. Best of luck to all the Paralympic athletes, and especially our champions Sofyane Mehiaoui and Sandrine MARTINET, whom I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know over the past few months. Sofyane, who was at our side when we announced our partnership with Paris 2024, and Sandrine, who helped me answer primary school children’s questions at the Paris International Agricultural Show this year. A huge thank you to all the DANONERS who will be working hard to provide millions of healthy and nutritious Danone products throughout the Paralympic Games. Game on!
