Addressing Site Operation Requests:

Participation in Daily MRF Meetings:
• Contribute to the ongoing activities, discuss any equipment issues or maintenance needs, and coordinate with other team members.

Assigning Technicians with Inspection Procedures:
• Allocating tasks to technicians for inspecting equipment, diagnosing issues, and performing maintenance or repairs based on their expertise and workload.

Analyzing Error Codes:
• Interpreting error codes generated by engine control units (ECUs) and transmission control units (TCUs) to pinpoint underlying problems and implement corrective actions.

Troubleshooting Overheating Problems:
• Investigating overheating issues by examining cooling systems, fluid levels, and other components to identify and rectify the root cause.

Assessing Equipment Parts Condition:
• Evaluating the condition of equipment parts, determining the need for replacement or repair, and ensuring technicians have access to necessary parts and materials.

Performing Immediate Repairs:
• Addressing minor issues such as burnt fuses, faulty relays, or disconnected wiring promptly to restore equipment functionality and minimize disruptions to operations.

Initiating Equipment Replacement Requests:

• Select appropriate gasket types for repair.

Material and Spare Parts Management:
• Make Materials Requisitions (MR) to obtain maintenance parts from the store.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) to request spare parts from suppliers.
• Follow up on parts orders to ensure timely delivery and update inventory accordingly.

Reporting:
• Generate detailed reports outlining equipment failures and maintenance activities.

Supervision:
