PMO Main Scope:-
- Support steering committee in developing strategic objectives, segregation among members and ensure their translation into scheduled action plan (what, who, when & resources e.g. hardware, software, etc…).
- Assist members in coordinating with resources required to complete their tasks.
- Conduct one –to-one progress review weekly meetings with each of the resources/task holders identified as part of the ERP Project ORG CHART to update on the status of the ERP Project Progress and ERP related functional objective schedule.
- Grade each resource/task holder based on his performance and consolidate all in a single report (A, B, C, D &F) .
- Report weekly to EVC (Executive Vice Chairman), Project Sponsor & ERP Project Manager via dashboard illustrating the performance, progress and grade (A, B, C, D &F) per resource/task holder.
- Identify and report risks and key issues at all level of resources that might hinder ERP Realization in time.
- Support and coordinate with all parties on identifying solution/mitigations to overcome risks and obstacles.
- Conduct/facilitate workshops necessary to gather required inputs for the design and configuration phases.
- Assist in conducting User Acceptance Tests UAT and maintain its integrity.
- Responsible for metrics and analyses to improve the software development and delivery process from the business perspective.
- Facilitated business process re-engineering by using technology to improve division inefficiencies using analysis workshops & optimization and visioning sessions for HR, Finance & SCM.
- Developed custom crystal reports to analyze HR, Finance, SCM & Operation processes on Oracle BI. عرض أقل

-Liaising with the projects Managers/teams in order to ensure the quality and timely delivery of material.
-Leading commercial negotiations with vendors, subcontractors and service providers prior to contract/order award.
-Overseeing Inventory Control (Central Stores) and Monitoring stock movements.
-Maintaining list of vendors/service providers for the purposes of yearly evaluation exercise.
-Assisting the tendering team in the project bidding process by providing requisite technical and commercial information.
-Approving and overseeing all details related to special orders.
-Following up with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers to ensure vendors’ and company claims settlement.
