on the new framework for leading the small-scale DERs in intermediate bidding by
assembling the varied DERs into the specific portfolio. We defined the 3 stakeholders in the
arbitrage contract market for DERs. By analyzing the functional requirements, we deduce
and represent the essential aggregator system and the menu items of the system.
