Rule of law and institutional arbitration Read the piece by Thony Lindström Härdin in the newsletter of Voldgiftsinstituttet - The Danish Institute of Arbitration (Danish only) Includes thoughts on: ✅ Time efficiency ✅ Foreseeability on costs ✅ Counsel’s team management ✅ Right arbitrator appointment ✅ Improved diversity amongst arbitrators
Swedish corporates most settlement-friendly in the Nordics - Danish least The annual publication Roschier's #DisputesIndex covers a wide spectrum of statistics from the #Nordic disputes market. One is the pre-judgment settlement rate amongst Nordic corporates, displaying: ✅ Swedish companies record the highest settlement rate in the survey (76 %) ✅ In contrast, Danish companies settle the least (37 %) ✅ Finland (50 %) and Norway (58 %) are placed between the two extremes ✅ Since inception of the index in 2014, Danish companies have noted a sharp decline in settlement rates, whereas the other three Nordic countries have remained rather stabile The statistics align well with Litigium Capital’s portfolio of concluded investments, with a settlement rate of 86% of all concluded cases since inception in 2020 Link to the survey: https://lnkd.in/ds4KXEdh #thirdpartyfunding #litigationfunding #legalfinancing #disputes 📷Nico BHLR

Litigium Capital omdelade detta
We are in the same boat! We are there to support our funded parties and lawyers in steering through easy but also difficult times ⛵ ⚓ 🌅 🌧 🌊. We reliably provide the necessary financial support so the case team can focus their efforts on developing and arguing their case to the best of their ability and resources. This is fundamental to overcoming the obstacles that appear on our sailing route. While circumventing Sweden's coast (home of our sailor Thony Lindström Härdin of Litigium Capital), teamwork navigation was essential to overcome a heavy traffic zone. After that, we enjoyed a sweet south breeze powered by our gennaker sail. Stay tuned for our next posts with more footage of this incredible journey! #TPF #Legalfinance #Disputeresolution #Strongertogether
