Japan, we’re dropping in!   Today, we proudly open our first concept store in Yokohama, in the Greater Tokyo area. A city close to outdoor fields, full of energy and passion for the outdoors.   “With its growing outdoor scene and forward-thinking approach to style and design, we believe Yokohama is the perfect location for our first concept store in Japan. Our goal is for our new store to be a place where the ski and outdoor community of Yokohama can meet, find inspiration, and discover the ultimate technical apparel for adventure”, says our Brand President, Sara Molnar.     Our new store is located in the MARK IS Minatomirai mall. The open space has an interior design inspired by Scandinavian influences and harmonizes with nature. It offers a carefully curated selection of our collection, from our most premium ski wear to our iconic Helium styles and our most recently launched SS24 Trail and Golf collection. A warm welcome! 

As part of our long-term Trailblazer initiative, we are proud to today reveal the launch of PEAK PERFORMANCE x AMÉLIE GRAEF, a limited mountain bike capsule for women. The capsule collection pays tribute to female adventurers and has been developed in collaboration with the Munich-based Amélie Graef, Graphic Designer and co-founder of the female cycling initiative GRL PCK.   “Cycling should be fun, not intimidating, or exclusive. Our brand purpose is to bring the freeride spirit to the world. Today, our Brand President, Sara Molnar, who is a passionate freeskier, met up with our Friends in Verbier. As the presenting sponsor of the Freeride World Tour, she had the honour of awarding Hedvig Wessel with the World Championship trophy after a spectacular season. Today and every other day, we celebrate women and work towards eliminating the gender gap within the outdoor industry.   A year ago, we launched the Trailblazer Program to fund projects to make the outdoors a more inclusive space. After a thorough review of over 300 global applications, our panel selected five projects for funding—initiatives that challenged the status quo within our industry and, in a unique way, inspired more people to explore the great outdoors.   Today, we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on the incredible women behind one of the winning projects—Lilli Schaut and Jule Saalmüller. Driven by the ambition to create a more inclusive outdoor community in their hometown of Innsbruck, they envisioned organizing a ski school for women. By providing free lessons, their goal was to cultivate a safe and inclusive environment for learning and growth and to build a sense of community among those not yet part of the Innsbruck outdoor sports scene—many of whom have never experienced skiing before.   This video captures some extraordinary moments from the 'Girls Skiing' ski school in mid-January. The doors are now open to our two new stores in China! Last week marked another important milestone in our global expansion journey as we've opened not one but two new stores in China. Located in Beijing and Shenyang, our new stores enable us to connect and engage with China's northern outdoor community. In China? Visit us at Joy City Mall, one of Beijing's biggest and most luxurious shopping destinations, or drop by our store in Zhongxing Commercial Center Building in Shenyang. Our newest stores offer our latest technically advanced products alongside our most iconic styles, all within a space inspired by our Scandinavian heritage. Honoring Matilda Rapaport, who tragically passed away in an avalanche accident in 2016 and who was one of the best-known faces of freeskiing. Her significance within the world of skiing cannot be overstated. Matilda was a huge inspiration for both Hedvig and Henrik and for us. Hedvig found her inner freeride fire through Matilda, igniting her desire to explore.
