Epicz lab and Sana are partnering to realize a transformed way of working for operators across manufacturing industries. The Epicz lab’s solution Operator AI will integrate and leverage Sana’s AI knowledge assistant, Sana AI, to provide a higher degree of automation and guidance in industrial operations.

It’s been quite the year for Erica Svejderud. Since joining Sana last fall as a senior designer, the creative challenges have continued to grow—from product release campaigns to this year’s Sana AI Summit and beyond. She’s risen to every single one. One thing I truly miss about standing in front of a classroom of children is their zero hesitation in asking questions. For me, innovation starts with a question. Let’s make sure no question goes unasked. Whether it's to clarify something or to challenge an idea, this intuitive skill—to bravely ask questions when something isn’t clear or when you simply disagree—is often forgotten or intentionally ignored as we grow older. I don't think AI's ultimate impact on L&D is about more and better content creation. This is the tip of the iceberg. Beyond the surface, there's an opportunity for L&D to transform. Transform into those who are strategic. Those who look at the organization as a system. Those who lift blockers for people & organizations to learn and grow. Those who look at connection and experience first. I think Sana is onto something. And I'm quite proud to call them our partners on so many levels. They recently invited me to share some of my thoughts about the future of L&D for their summer release (which has a very cool name: Renaissance). With so many "AI-powered" tools everywhere now, it's hard to know who's doing useful stuff. Everyone is tagging 'AI' onto their product, yet few can deliver. That's different with the folks at Sana I've admired their work for many years, so getting the chance to collaborate with them this year has been a blast. The platform is probably the most beautiful interface I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot) and the feature set just keeps getting better, plus these people actually know AI. I'm stoked they asked me to feature in their summer release campaign. Never did I think I'd feature on the same landing page with Carl Pei, creator of OnePlus and Nothing. But here we are!
