Carl is the VP & GM EMEA at Kong - Carl manages the Sales org, the Solutions Engineering org, CS org and the Partner org in EMEA (3rd line leadership currently) - he and his leadership team has hired and ramped a team of A+ players - 160% growth ARR YoY on average over the last 3 FY’s - during his time we have focused the whole organization on the largest enterprise accounts - implemented a solid sales ("Gorilla Sales Process") process across the global GTM org - minimized churn and driven meddpicc across the whole sales organization.

Carl is experienced in starting and building out EMEA for hyper growth pre-IPO SaaS and Software based companies. Carl also built and scaled Nordics & BeNeLux for Datadog - Datadog IPO:d in 2019.

Carl is an Innovative manager profile with a very solid sales background obtained over 10+ years within the fields of Connectivity, API’s, Cloud, A.I, Autonomic and Cognitive technology, outsourcing, Information Technology and Telecommunication that he obtained from different job positions.
