    Change Management deals with the conditions for managing change in organisations. This includes the role of different actors, problems of implementation, project management, participative change, learning, translation and diffusion and the consequences of change, at individual level and organisational level.

    This advanced course unit in Strategy and Organization concerns how organizations meet and manage significant threats and challenges, both internally and externally.The purpose of this course unit is to apply this body of knowledge in analyses of business cases and to develop an intellectual understanding of the processes leading to strategic renewal as well as to apply this understanding to real current problems.

  • Degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Financial Management. My interest for Business Administration started after the research project in poor quality costing. I wanted to learn more about business-decision making and criteria’s for decision. My aim is to study further to get an MBA in Change Management.
