• Development of indirect channels as a compliment or in competition to direct channels
• Experience in both system integrated-/project related business as in single unit business
• Service & After sales as a support an enabler to equipment sales
Shareholder focus, IPO & Private equity ownership
• Managing an IPO process on the behalf of main shareholders
• Experience from public listed companies as well as from privity equity owned companies
