I am a Mentor Fellow (UN) | Startup Coach | Trainer | Keynote Speaker |Founder and CEO, Next Generation Leaders (NGLs). I have two MBAs (Marketing and Information Technology) and MSc in Development Studies, I am Social Entrepreneur and International Consultant Trainer, Public Speaker, Motivation Coach based in Europe, with a passion for Business Development, Sustainability, Technology and Public Speaking at International Events.

Skills, Education and Qualifications: I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and Finance, another MBA in Marketing and Information Technology (IT) and post-graduation in Master of Science (MSc) from the University of London and a Diploma in Internet Governance from Diplomacy Foundation, UNITAR and United Nations University.

The Professional Experience: I have more than 15+ years of experience in Economics - Finance, HR, IT and projects as Director, Head of Research & projects, international consultant, technical advisor, program and project manager within UN/EU organisations and international donors i.e International Sustainable Development Resource Centre, Geneva, United Nations (UN) office Geneva, ICANN, Internet Society, Diplo Foundation, Geneva, British High Commission - Foreign Commonwealth Office, UN-DESA, UNDP, UNESCO, UNICEF, UNODC, UNHCR, World Bank, International Organization for Migration (IOM), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) Geneva.

Research: As an international scholar on public policy research and a fellow of international organisations with a number of international presentations, publications and reports in the field of climate change, Youth, water governance, children protection, smart cities, collaborative economy, digital democracy, human rights, green economy, sustainability, sustainable development goals (SDGs), internet governance and IoT.Some of my publications are on Topics i.e Management (Governance), Sustainability - [Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)] and Information Communication Technology (ICT).

    Abstract This chapter focuses on three key urban management initiatives by which smart growth and climate change adaptation are mobilized towards the production of a sustainable urban environment. Significant headway has been made and oppor- tunities for further progress revealed in building energy retrofits, green workforce development and transport-oriented development. In their identification as local priorities, such urban management initiatives have proven a new resource for sustainable development. While such initiatives are encouraging and indicative of the opportunities that sustainable urban development provides, the authors also contend that cities must prioritize the needs of their low-income population of their green strategies and programs.
