Task Manager: This sheet is constantly updated with ongoing tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that everyone knows their current priorities and deadlines. Social Media Planner: We use this sheet to plan and coordinate our social media efforts, ensuring consistent and strategic communication. This structured approach keeps our team aligned and on track, even amidst the dynamic demands of a startup.

I focus on clear communication and transparency when introducing a new pricing model. I explain the reasons behind the change and how it benefits both sides. By addressing client concerns directly and offering flexible options, I make the transition smoother. I also provide supporting data and case studies to show the value and ensure ongoing support throughout the process.

Planning a US-based fantasy camp with international talent involving over 10 partners taught me invaluable lessons: Anticipate and plan for every possible scenario to ensure smooth execution, i.e. try and plan 10 steps ahead if possible!
