I am here to create learning experiences employees will remember for life.
I can be described as 'the worst HR person,' let me explain why: while I tend to play it safe when choosing food from a menu, I strive to create outstanding learning journeys from what traditional L&D has historically been. This means you need to challenge traditional HR or L&D ways of working, you need to welcome that your work & initiatives are being challenged by your audience (yes, it’s scary in the beginning, I know), but that’s when you know you are creating something with the end users at heart. That’s when you know you are actually making a difference: individually and organisationally.
