Notes for Citizens-appointed agents and credentialed agency staff:

• • To ensure you receive agent-level answers, log in using your PolicyCenter® ID and password. Otherwise, answers will be limited to consumer-level answers. Agent-level answers are identified under the Agents header, when applicable.


• • Due to timeout issues, if you’ve been inactive on the Agents site for more than 30 minutes, you must log back into the Agents site to access the agent-level answers.
