🌊 Plastic Odyssey in Singapore, a Global Initiative for a Regional Impact in Asia 🌏 We were honored to welcome the Plastic Odyssey boat during its stopover in Singapore in the middle of the JYoS. Since its departure, Plastic Odyssey has visited over 20 countries and supported more than 200 local recycling entrepreneurs. This stopover in Singapore is part of a global effort to develop plastic waste transformation projects in Asia and to implement awareness-raising actions for environmental protection. Join the Fight Against Online Gender-Based Violence! We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new call for projects supported by the Laboratory for Women’s Rights Online. On aurait voulu faire une campagne mondiale de communication pour #Paris et la #France 🇫🇷 que l’on n’aurait pu mieux réussir! Chaque jour une image phénoménale chasse la précédente, pour créer un album publicitaire géant. On n’en est qu’à la moitié des Jeux de Paris, mais l’on mesure déjà leur succès : 👉 24,4 millions de français devant la cérémonie d’ouverture (record historique pour un événement télévisuel), plus d’un milliard de téléspect. dans le 🌍. 👉 13,5 millions de Français devant la première médaille d’or de Léon Marchand ou Teddy Riner, 👉 Sans parler des milliards de personnes connectées via les télévisions partenaires. Selon Warner Bros. Discovery, diffuseur mondial sur sa plateforme de streaming, « le nombre total de téléspectateurs uniques pour Paris 2024 a dépassé en deux jours celui de l’ensemble des JO de Tokyo ». France Télévisions qui anticipait un déficit sur l’événement, enregistre une telle hausse de ses recettes publicitaires (104 millions d’euros) qu’il pourrait équilibrer l’achat de droits exorbitants (100 à 130 millions selon les sources).. On en a douté bien sûr. Craint le pire. La maire de Paris elle-même estimait encore il y a quelques mois que nous ne serions « pas prêts, côté transports » (on voit bien à quel point la #RATP et la Groupe SNCF sont au rendez-vous). Magique, comme ces photos dingues, que les pros du monde entier renvoient au pays… Évidemment, c’est une parenthèse, à la rentrée chacun retrouvera ses problèmes, et les politiques qui essaient de tirer les marrons du feu risquent de se brûler les doigts. Mais quel succès ! Et surtout quel démonstration à tous ceux qui avaient prédit le pire… Ou le souhaitaient secrètement.
