👏 Congratulations to the 805 uniformed personnel from the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) Headquarters, Singapore Army, Republic of Singapore Navy, Republic of Singapore Air Force and The Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), and 401 Defence Executive Officers who got promoted this year! The promotees for this year include Chief of Air Force Brigadier-General Kelvin Fan who will be promoting to the rank of Major-General. Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen and Chief of Defence Force Vice Admiral Aaron Beng presented certificates to some of these personnel at the promotion ceremonies held at MINDEF today.
