Just two months after we were accredited with the 'Mid-Tier' of Singapore Food Agency's Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme, we are proud to share that we have received the 'Highest Tier' of the programme! ✨   This accreditation is given to organisations who procure at least 15% of local produce in three food categories, which we have fulfilled by sourcing our hen-shell eggs, quail eggs and leafy vegetables locally. By supporting home-grown produce, our guests get to enjoy delicious dishes that are made using only the freshest ingredients. In addition, sourcing produce locally reduces our reliance on imports, in turn lowering our overall carbon footprint.   Join us in congratulating our Executive Chef Alvin Leong and his team for their hard work and effort put towards continuously exploring new ways to create menu items that are as kind to our planet as they are delicious! 💚
