✨ It’s a Wrap! ✨ We're delighted to celebrate the successful conclusion of a recent skills-based volunteering project with Unlocking ADHD - Empowering ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest. 🙌 Our dedicated team of TalentTrust volunteers — Jonathan Fung, Patricia Or, and Vivek Gandhi — offered their time and expertise to work closely with Moonlake Lee from Unlocking ADHD. 🤝 Together, they enhanced the young nonprofit's engagement strategies by organising discussions around resource prioritization using frameworks such as Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis. 🙏 Through this project, it has also been a journey for the mentors, learning more about the challenges in a nonprofit space and the adult ADHD community. Thank you to everyone who played a part in this project! 🎉🎉 #talenTtrust #SkillsBasedVolunteering #CommunityImpact #ThankYou #SGCares

Last Friday of July, we celebrated the superheroes of REACH at our Volunteers Appreciation Dinner 2024! Volunteers from REACH Family Service, REACH Counselling and Mental Health Service, REACH Youth Service, and REACH Senior Service gathered at Furama City Centre for a night of joy and celebration. Themed 'A Serving Heart', the evening was a vibrant mix of excitement and camaraderie. We were honoured to have Ms. Priscilla Gan, Director of Volunteer Resource Optimisation from the National Council of Social Service, as our special guest. In her address, she highlighted the significant impact of volunteers on our community and expressed deep appreciation for their continuous efforts. Our volunteers enjoyed lively song performances by REACH Youth Service staff, engaging games, and heartwarming appreciation videos. The blessed draw added an element of thrill, and the scrumptious dinner fostered a sense of togetherness in a beautiful setting. The highlight of the evening was the Special Mention segment, where certificates were presented to four groups of volunteers: Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), talenTtrust, Project Obscura, and Mr Simon Sim. These volunteers have made exceptional contributions that have significantly impacted our community, and we are deeply grateful for their services. Indeed, we can do more together, serving from the heart as one community. A huge thank you to Ms. Priscilla Gan for gracing our event and to all our volunteers for your dedication and hard work throughout the year! 🌟 #HopeisWithinREACH #VolunteerAppreciation #Volunteers

📆 Two weeks ago, we participated in the Community Marketplace, hosted at the at the Singapore Apex Business Summit (SABS®) organised by Singapore Business Federation! Alongside Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation and other community partners, we had the opportunity to showcase how businesses can leverage their corporate purpose by engaging in meaningful skills-based volunteering programmes. 🤝 🌟 The official opening of the Community Marketplace on 23 July was a momentous celebration, witnessed by our Board Chair, Neil Yong, and Corporate Partner representative, Jonathan Smetherham from 2CV. The key highlight was having the President of Singapore, President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, visit our TalentTrust booth to learn more about our work! 🤩 It was a fantastic opportunity to discuss how our initiatives are strengthening capabilities of local non-profits and communities. We had an incredible experience connecting with business attendees, and sharing about how they can tap on their skills to give back to local non-profits through our skills-based volunteering programmes. 🙌 Thank you Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation for having us! 👏 And a huge Thank You to everyone who visited our booth and showed interest in our mission. Your support is essential in driving our vision forward! 💌 #talenTtrust #SABS2024 #SBF #CommunityMarketplace2024 #SocialImpact #SGBusinesses #NonProfits #SkillsBasedVolunteering
