We were honored to host the Learning Voyage organized by Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). It was a fantastic opportunity to share insights into our commitment to growth, innovation, and best practices in Human Capital and Total Workplace Safety and Health. We extend our gratitude to all participants for actively engaging in the discussions session. Your contributions made the event truly enriching and inspiring. Looking forward to more collaborative learning experiences in the future! #IHRP #CPPLearningVoyage #TeambuildConstructionGroup #Learning #HCDT #TotalWSH
On 28 February, we embarked on a Learning Voyage to Teambuild Construction Group. This is the third edition of an exclusive series of learning journeys curated for HR, by HR. HR often strives to balance employee well-being with business performance. As a leading and award-winning construction group recognised on the Straits Times - Statista list of Singapore’s Best Employers for three consecutive years and coming out top in the construction sector, our participants were all eager to hear about Teambuild’s commitment towards growth and innovation, and especially their best practices in Human Capital. Ms. Jane Pang, an IHRP Senior Professional and HR Manager of Teambuild Construction Group spoke about their recent experience with the IHRP’s Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT) Professional Assessment. Through an in-depth understanding of their Human Capital practices, they were better able to identify key improvement areas in employee well-being and career development, and map a strategic approach to implement change and drive productivity. Jane also shared about the team’s commitment to professional development by getting IHRP certified. This was followed by an insightful sharing by Deputy Director Mr. Allan Low, who spoke on the Total Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) programme that allows the company to create a productive and conducive workplace. He shared the various aspects that the programme covers, including physical and mental wellbeing and employee engagements, as well as the efforts to identify issues and concerns through the WSH Gap Analysis. Ms. Lee Lee Mok (IHRP-SP) also gave an overview of the HCDT assessment and how it can help in understanding the areas of growth and opportunities for companies. Our attendees enjoyed the office tour and appreciated the chance to forge new connections within the HR community. We eagerly anticipate our next Learning Voyage! #IHRP #CPPLearningVoyage #TeambuildConstructionGroup #Learning
