TEAM LEWIS is proud and honored to be chosen by Ray of Hope as a partner for Kopi Teh Morning. The work it does is truly inspirational, offering youths with autism spectrum disorder the chance to thrive and build confidence through meaningful opportunities. Everyone deserves a space where they can grow, and with the right support, anyone can overcome the challenges they face. Corporate organizations have a responsibility to foster a culture of compassion and belonging. A big thank you to Chris Ong and the TEAM LEWIS creative crew for creating a video that truly captures the heart of this initiative and Reuben Yuvaraj for leading TEAM LEWIS Foundation in the region. Together, we’re brewing a more inclusive future, one cup at a time. ☕
☕ Brewing Inclusion With Kopi Teh Morning At Ray of Hope, we're really proud to introduce Kopi Teh Morning (KTM), an initiative that addresses a crucial need in our community. One that creates opportunities for youths with autism spectrum disorder who often face limited job prospects after graduating from special education schools. Together with corporate partners and social enterprise, Flour Power, we provide practical opportunities for these youths to build their confidence and social skills. Here's how it works: Youths with special needs, trained in basic food and beverage service skills, visit offices to provide a pantry trolley service. This gives them practical experience in a supportive setting. For our corporate partners, KTM is an opportunity to foster a more compassionate and inclusive workplace. It strengthens employee morale and creates a sense of belonging. KTM is more than just serving coffee and tea - it's about brewing a stronger, more inclusive community. It provides regular opportunities for youths with special needs to interact in professional settings, helping prevent social isolation and skill regression. We're grateful to the growing list of corporate partners who share our vision: Tolaram, TEAM LEWIS and now, Dymon Asia Capital. If you would love to host KTM, please reach out to Noor Hana, our Partnerships manager. Let's continue building a more inclusive Singapore, one cup at a time. Special thanks to Chris Ong and team from Team Lewis for crafting this fantastic video that showcases the beauty and importance of KTM. Anything related to life and safety is of utmost importance. It's not just about communicating in the right way at the right time; it's about whether you do right by your stakeholders. A messed-up schedule causes inconvenience for sure, but compared with life risk, it is definitely a lesser evil. Thank you, Karen Wong, for inviting me to share my thoughts again.
Cathay Pacific's recent mass flight cancellations has put Airbus and aero-engine manufacturing firm Rolls-Royce in the spotlight as consumers are increasingly concerned about safety. This can also impact travellers' choices when they choose which airline companies to purchase tickets. We spoke with David Ko, Charu Srivastava AMIPRS, Jose Raymond 乔立盟 🇸🇬, Brian Yeung and Kate Kwan to find out what led to the PR debacle around Cathay's A350 engine issue. #PRdebacle #airbus
