Cooking requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working with others, just like our daily work at TomoWork. It was a reminder that collaboration is key, whether we’re preparing a meal or delivering impactful learning journeys to over 100 Persons with Disabilities and Students with Special Educational Needs every year. 🌟 Cooking is perfect for team bonding, it encourages creativity, communication, and trust. Each member brings their flavour to the table—whether it’s a secret recipe or a helping hand when things get hectic. He craved direction, 1-on-1 tailored guidance through his one-year journey, and help to shape his future career. "I felt that a mentor to guide and accompany me throughout my short 1-year pathway in PSB Academy would be pivotal to decide my industry of choice in the future," Tayson recalls. 🌟   Through TUP, he was fortunate to have mentorship sessions with Mervyn Sek. Tayson not only stayed abreast of industry trends but also forged invaluable professional connections. "The mentorship with Mr. Mervyn helped me stay in touch with the latest industry trends, setting me up for future success," he says.
