Voices of Wong Fong - Episode 1: Hear it from the Heart of Wong Fong! As we celebrate our 60th anniversary this year, we have initiated a series of employee highlight videos to commemorate this milestone. These videos were produced in-house by the Wong Fong Marketing team. Special thanks go to Kah Chun, the Marketing Executive from Wong Fong Academy, for his behind-the-scenes work in shooting and editing the video. Now, allow us to introduce Kumar, the shining star of our first employee highlight this week! For 25 years, Kumar has been the heart and soul of Wong Fong. Starting from the ground up, he began by handling OTC containers before transitioning to our dynamic mobile service team in the Urban Material Regeneration Division. But his journey with Wong Fong isn't just about the work; it's a testament to resilience, dedication, and family. As the eldest in his family, Kumar's responsibilities extended far beyond the workplace. He shared with us that when he first joined Wong Fong, times were tough for his family, and their family's financial struggles weighed heavily on his shoulders. Through the years, Kumar's dedication has transformed both his life and his family's. From humble beginnings to a brighter future, Wong Fong has been his constant companion, guiding him through every milestone. Today, as Kumar reflects on his journey, Wong Fong isn't just a workplace; it's a “Temple” (sanctuary), a place where he found not just employment but also support, care, and a sense of belonging. Kumar’s story is a testament to the transformative power of dedication and loyalty.
