The 9 teams were split into 3 divisions and the the finalists from each division presented again in front of all judges and classmates. Amid very strong competition our team was graciously awarded 1st place. The keys to success were a solid business case that addressed the needs of the business beyond the implied scope and organized, convincing delivery that addressed both quantitative and emotional needs. What facilitated this success was the complimentary skills of the team members, flexible teamwork to drive towards the same goal, and the effective use of collaborative technology in creating the presentation.

While the community is open to members from anywhere, the focus is on building a network of practitioners in Asia. The group was formed by Andrew Shuttleworth and AJ Boelens. We recognised the increasing number of professionals in innovation related roles but a lack of a peer network for people to learn from each other and share best practices. We are open to all professionals involved in corporate innovation, open innovation or business transformation. We are open to ideas and other leaders who want to step forward to play a role in growing the community.
