    7. Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, certification, testimonial and etc.

    Rewards and Benefits
    1. Carry out the Annual Appraisal exercise, this includes Annual Increment and Variable Bonus calibration, conversations with internal stakeholders.
    2. Propose & make salary recommendations for new hires and to ensure that it is competitive and is in line with the market.
    3. Carry out manpower budgeting exercise, this includes plan, provide advise and solution to the internal stakeholders on the manpower plan and salary budget for the next financial year.
