How can you set effective deadlines for your team?
I tend to measure our progress based on the speed with which we resolve open issues and keep the momentum of issue resolution moving every day. Creating a sense of urgency within the team regarding the resolution of roadblocks is a powerful way to demonstrate our force of impact to others. By doing this, we not only prioritise issue resolution but also showcase our team's commitment to overcoming obstacles swiftly. It's crucial not just to identify roadblocks but to actively work towards their resolution with a relentless drive. This approach not only accelerates our progress but also cultivates a culture of accountability and proactiveness within the team, also show case the value of continuous improvement.

How can you set effective deadlines for your team?
I often see people tend to ignore the organisational complexity than domain complexity. few points worth for you to assess before start the project 1. Structural Assessment: Analyse the organisational structure, including hierarchies, reporting lines, and the number of managerial levels. A flatter structure tend to be lower complexity. 2.Map Communication Channels: Identify formal and informal communication pathways. Assess how information disseminates, the frequency of updates, and potential communication gaps. 3.Evaluate Decision Making Process: Examine how decisions are made and the involvement of various stakeholders. Assess if decision-making is centralised or decentralised and the impact it has on the organisation's agility.
