Christophe joined At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in 2005 as their Chief Executive Officer. His vision and drive have also led the academy to transform from a culinary school into an Integrated Culinary and Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Institute today that provides WSQ training to the workforce.
Christophe has been a strong supporter of WSQ initiatives. He championed for WSQ training to include an apprenticeship component so that trainees received a well-rounded learning experience.
As the first F&B Continuing Education and Training (CET) Centre to champion such training pedagogy, At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy has benefitted from Christophe's unwavering advocacy to professionalise the industry and improve the quality of F&B labour in Singapore. -
