“Clara Lee has been the CIO of DSM Material Cluster and Food Specialty during the time when I was working for Purchasing function. DSM was going through massive IT transformation at that time as a part of the entire company’s evolution. IT, as we all can understand, is one of the crucial enablers of the transformation and Clara was a otrue change ambassador and business partner to provide the sufficient support to business. Clara, as all good IT leaders, has a comprehensive understanding of the technical trend of IT market, more importantly, her excellent business acumen allows her to provide sensible advice to improve our business top line and bottom line. Instead of being a pure IT head, Clara strives to be a real business partner ( thanks to her broad and extensive working experience in other functions). Clara only fights for better business results rather than any artificial functional targets in a transparent and straightforward way. Overall it was a big pleasure of working with Clara. ”
