What do you do if your attempts at networking in your industry are constantly met with rejection?
Often we are overly focused about ourselves rather than listening to what others have to say. We try to sell ourselves so hard without paying attention to what your network wants to share with you. By listening more and speaking less. You can actually gain alot more than one can imagine. Also, having a clear understanding of your product and keeping it simple and clear is the best. Most people lose focus very quickly especially networking as there are many people in the room. Therefore, be clear and concise and always have a clear ask of what you're looking for. Do not wait to be spoon fed because that won't happen.

What do you do if your mentees are hesitant to actively engage in collaborative projects and initiatives?
Fear is often seen amongst those new to the business landscape and if they have not made mistakes before. As someone that has already experienced many ups and downs through the collaborative and partnership areas. I would share about those experiences to allow them to think deeper before actually having to decide initially. Time is also important for them to come to that decision. And collaboration sometimes can be tricky, therefore we should also never force decision making to happen. Should they still decide its not right for the business, I'll leave it be.

Collaboration with Theatre threesixty Festival KL
A project between Theatre threesixty and Creative Fitness SG to bring workshops and a one man show performance to KL. Exploring the physical body and movement while also educating young talents and amateurs interested in physical theatre or movement to come together. A minimalist based training programme which relies only on the body and minimal amount of props or objects to bring out physicality and emotion into movement.
