Proactive communication is a very underrated skill, IMO. Whether it is about an account’s health status or value proposition or PMF, it is always suggested to gauge and validate in advance by being proactive which in turn helps save a lot of time, money and efforts.

Ownership is the biggest reward for an employee. As aggressive and eager an employee is to learn & grow, more the ownership to be handed over which in itself is a great recognition and helps gauge the different characteristics of an employee such as leadership and other growth traits. This reminds me of a statement once said by Mr. ‘Sourav Ganguly’, “you will know the actual potential of a player (batsman) when you make him bat up the order”.

Sales Nurturing - "Basic 101", IMO. Lead nurturing or Sales Nurturing is developing and reinforcing relationships with buyers at every sales funnel stage. Every individual might have their forums to nurture or follow up, and might have their content styles to follow up but what is more important is to "Follow up", regularly. One simple message, at the right stage and time, could turn out to be a "Sale".

“The larger our role gets in an organization, the more we tend to value the importance of making the right decisions. These decisions, not only impact us but also the people around us and associated with us." - Said my Mentor. It is super important for everyone to have an individual who can show the right path to walk and someone he/she can look up to.

1 Team, 1 Goal. For a leader, it is super important to build a culture which resonates well with each and every member of the team in terms of their individual goals and aspirations. Now what is important is to ensure that the underlying driver for every individual’s goal is the “larger goal” of the company which steers the company ahead. In the end, ensuring both the individual and the company are successful.
