Having a soft spot for the elderly and a passion for heritage, I spearheaded volunteering activities in my free time whilst in Junior College. It was a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community through spending some quality time with the elders living in Nursing Homes. Not only did this experience give me great insight into Singapore's unique culture and heritage, it too allowed me the chance to make someone else's day.

As part of Girl Guides (from 2014-2017), I volunteered to help out with the Brownies Camps held at Peiying Primary School. Over the course of these camps, I gained first-hand experience in working with young children, as well as fellow cadets my age. Given the responsibility of looking over young children, I managed to execute my duties and ensured that the camps ran smoothly.
