You know…sometimes your stakeholders will never gel with the brand messages that you put out on your personal channels. This is when it’s better to agree to disagree, and part ways. It’s not easy to do so, but you’ll be better off from it. But if you’re able to work something out with your tribe to maintain your posting, then it’s a win win for you. Just remember to talk it out. Simple!

TLDR; Have a conversation, don’t just silently keep it in. I’ve been in this exact situation when my online persona, brand message, and content, didn’t gel well with my business partners and the agency I was running. I’m a creator first and builder second, so it was always in my nature to create content and publish them. After having a proper talk with my business partners, they said that some of my content might be great for my personal brand, but negatively impacts my corporate and company brand. Potential clients might see, and have a skewed view of what the agency represents. So I then tailored my content to distinguish between myself, and my company that I ran. So just talk it out man, no harm no foul.

Never make it about yourself, but always make it about your audience and class. Yes, you might be a matter subject expert, but share your experience and showcase your prowess through identifying what your class can practically learn from your years of experience. Just telling the class "I have 50 years in the PR industry" matters absolutely zero to your class if it doesn't benefit them.

Parkinson’s Law dictates that work expands with the time assigned to it. Have 1 week, people will probably start working on it on day 3. Have 1 hour to complete it, people will be laser focused and make sure sh*t gets done, pronto! Sometimes quality will have to be compromised if certain deadlines need to be met, but I know creators and creatives will never sacrifice that aspect of video. You then have to ask yourself, what’s more important; retaining a client to continually get work but sacrifice on quality or…retaining quality of content and losing a client forever. Choices, choices.

Get a project manager who’s detailed oriented and who can see the big picture. Get them familiarised with PMTs like ClickUp or Asana (Trello, Monday.com, work fine too) and let them oversee resource allocation. Somethings will take priority over others, so just make sure the PM knows how to gauge the importance over tasks.

SHOCK AND AWE!!! In online or physical classes, I always start with music to get energies up. Online you can also add a poll to get interactivity going and people engaged. Kahoot is also an amazing tool to get people interested through the gamification of knowledge.
