What do you do if your work-life balance is suffering due to stress in Marketing Operations?
Stress is an inexorable part of life, especially at work. Over the years, what has worked for me, is to list the tasks according to priorities, automate repetitive tasks, break them into smaller more manageable micro-tasks, and most importantly, A.) learn to delegate them out, and set boundaries/limits. We are only human after all, and there are equally important things in life other than work.

What are some effective ways to incorporate remote work into your employer branding and recruiting efforts?
Understanding the organization's needs and adopting a model that works is always a work in progress. Our team works across borders remotely and hybrid and uses collaboration tools to get tasks done, effectively. This is evident even as we begin the candidate experience journey.

How can you use your referral program to improve your employer brand?
To encourage a better adoption rate, it's important to : 1.) Keeping them informed: Timely update employees and their referrals about the progress of their recommended candidates. 2.) Expressing Appreciation: Say thank you to employees and their referrals through personal messages, thank-you notes, or small tokens of appreciation. My current and previous companies have referral schemes that incentivize via monetary or gift cards.
