List previously identified and anticipated burnt-out causing stressors in both corporate and project level risk management plans specific to the digital working environment where analytics are often key outcomes to be adjudicated as positive or negative, provide adequate and timely support to affected employees in highest transparency with the goal to ensure sound corporate governance from top to bottom and vice versa. It is highly advisable to update the risk management plan, frequency of which is dependent on the pre-determined KPIs. All hands must be on deck, if corporations aspire to build healthy and tolerable working environment which would naturally lead to sustainable productivity with quality outputs plus healthy balance sheet.

Know the purpose of the presentation : tailor presentation to the purpose(training, bid defense, product launch, team meeting etc.) not forgeting the target audience, local practices/culture, content, any translation requirement, speed and given time slot. Share materials with target audience prior to actual day of presentation and encourage submission of questions to enable adequate discussions, information sharing for early audience engagement. Also, post presentation follow up activities to continue engaging respective audience will help elevate confidence level in future presentations and naturally professionalism. Dont forget to arrive earlier to beat jet lag, in terms of location. Always good to inject in some lighter moments.

In order to spur innovative output or contribution from employees, corporations could create a system or structure to actively promote and reward feedback or ideas. That way, each team or individual member gets to submit ideas in safe, secure and transparent manner for as long as they are part of the organisation. It takes the entire organisation to encourage innovating thinking - individual employee would likely loose interests, if his or her feedback is not taken seriously or supported.

In a world faced with ever changing regulatory and legislative framework in each jurisdiction or economic region (I am thinking EEA, PTPTT etc.), geopolitics, sanctions and other restrictions (locked down of cities brought by infectious diseases, global warming, floods, quakes and heat waves which may have impact on food security, funding, IPOs, product manufacturing & supply, AI use), it is best to embrace the fact that change is constant and begin strategy planning and goal setting for your business of interests at concept stage which will provide guidance to listing risks and mitigating measures (even if it means dropping a project or shutting a company). The above should always be followed by honest and competent corporate governance.

Effective communication does not necessarily mean concise, succint or 'less wordy' content or presentation. When information to be communicated is complex, they should be transmitted as such or risk misinformation, miscommunication or in worst case scenario cause safety issues, harmful effects or undesired consequences. However, headlines or titles can certainly be in shortest form possible. In terms of using AI to boost communication, it really depends on the context and purpose of a particular conversation or communication, the target audience, subject matter and the availability of content to be shared. Validation should always be conducted for any AI generated content prior to publication or presentation.
