I lead the Bank’s global perspective on the financing and provision of employee benefits that links global thinking to local execution in 60 countries. I design and implement benefits programs that not only protect and support our global workforce but also align with our company's sustainability goals and values. My expertise in navigating international laws and regulations, as well as my strong understanding of the latest health and wellness trends, allows me to create innovative and forward-thinking benefit strategies that benefit both our employees and the environment. I am committed to building a better world through the promotion of healthy and sustainable employee benefit programs.
