In 2024, I founded Empower Partners Search, a Singapore-incorporated executive search and recruitment firm. We’re dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships between clients and talent, transforming recruitment by empowering both recruiters and candidates to achieve outstanding results.

I specialize in C-suite executive searches and strategic talent management advisory, providing thoughtful guidance and practical solutions.
