    ABSTRACT:
Additive manufacturing methods facilitate the production of complex cellular materials. Commonly, their designs are based on primitive solids using linear struts without curvature continuous joints which results in notch stress. This study presents cellular material units with biomorphic features. The employed method allows us to design lattices with geometrical optimization and varying lattice morphology. The compression test results show that this method allows us to achieve a spectrum of mechanical properties for improving existing 3D printed lattice materials.

In the 12 week design challenge, our team stood out from the competition by successfully utilising Service Design principles and tools throughout design process. We co-created with stakeholders and visibly demonstrated UX methods in the execution of our design research.

Our well documented UX research insights led us to uncover concrete design opportunities for elevating Customer Experience (CX) through improving both frontend touchpoints and backend service processes. The branch re-design involved envisioning new experiences for both spatial (physical space) and digital (UI) elements that benefits both customers and employees.

    DELIVERED:
✔Interim: User Research (Ethnography and Contextual Inquiries), Persona-specific Journey Maps & preliminary concept propositions
✔Final: Video narrative explaining the UX Research report and showcasing envisioned Branch Banking experience incorporating DBS's corporate strategy towards Digital Transformation
