Deploying access control systems to limit employee access to #critical systems and establishing anonymous reporting mechanisms for potential insider #threats are also vital.

    On 17 July 2021, Mr Lugg Anthony Charles showed courage and public spiritedness when he disregarded his safety and assisted to remove a driver from a vehicle timely, before it caught fire. The driver had lost control of his vehicle at the junction of Dunearn and Adam road. Upon safe removal of the driver, Mr Lugg smelt alcohol breath from the driver, and prevented him from leaving the scene before police arrival.

    The driver was arrested for Drink Driving.
    In recognition of his courageous act of saving a life and assisting the police in the apprehension of a drink driver, Mr Lugg was presented with the Public Spiritedness Award by Commander, Tanglin Division.
