I look at business with 3 distinct angles: Product. Performance. People.

By understanding the product inside out, you can identify product market fit to communicate your competitive advantage. I am skilled at synthesizing difficult concepts into digestible chunks so much so that my content has been used for 10yrs to onboard all customer facing roles at Salesforce.

Once you know the product, it is critical to focus on performance to identify successes & gaps in GTM strategy across sales, product, and marketing. I have been selected to build and lead teams across multiple markets, having worked in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, supporting EMEA & JAPAC markets and recently relocating to Singapore to scale ASEAN.

To make it all work, I invest in people. I foster trust, encourage learning through trial & error, and lead by rolling up my sleeves to work alongside the team. I hire unique, non-traditional perspectives to build resilient teams that lean on respective strengths.

I have been recognized for navigating ambiguous business environments to build & lead overachieving commercial teams across geographies in various functions from Sales to Product.
