Finding the strengths of a community and working to harness them in the co-creating and co-implementation is crucial. There is so much we don't know about a community if we have not lived, or stayed in it. Skills come from within a community, for example when engaging in community development in nursing homes, we focused on finding the strengths of the seniors, nurses and activity staff.
