3. Job interview

Your application won us over! We would like to get to know you better during an interview (by phone or video call). At the same time, we want you to get a feel for Shopware and the job. We'll meet as equals: In addition to a representative from the respective department, a member of our People & Culture team will also attend the interview.

4. Get-to-know day

If we feel you're a great fit for the Shopware team, we'll arrange a time for you to join us for a meet and greet, where you'll gather a more personal idea of our daily work life. At the end of the day, we will clarify any open questions and let you know when you can hear from us next.

5. Job offer & the start of your career with Shopware

If we both enjoyed the Get-to-know day, we will agree on the contract details and sign your employment contract. We will ensure that your start is as easy as possible and that you feel welcome from day one. We will prepare your IT and an individual training plan for you. You will also have a buddy to support you with advice and assistance.
