Welcome to the world where everything has its own place and every human has enough living space. BOXYLAND is a concept that entered the market as an alternative to the "classic" use of brick-and-mortar retail spaces. It transforms them into a service that is desirable in Western countries and its market potential is constantly growing - "self-storage". In BOXYLAND, people store what they don't have space for at home or in the office. This expands the often limited physical space and offers flexible use options. It is a short or long-term form of fulfilling "storage" needs. BOXYLAND strives to be as close as possible and always at hand. The benefit is secure access 24 hours a day and an online tool with which you can arrange the contactless rental of your storage box. Self-storage are in demand in cities within walking distance for customers. They will become a complementary service to residential housing, much like a small grocery "on the corner." At the same time, they will give new meaning to vacated brick-and-mortar spaces. People in the physical world will use "storage" services in a similar way as they cloud solutions in IT. They will not invest in their own "infrastructure" - they will simply pay for a service that suits their current needs. BOXYLAND's ambition is to establish this service in Central and Eastern Europe. BOXYLAND opened its branches in Bratislava, Prague and Hradec Králové, when it also launched a franchising license, based on which it is possible to open your own branch in partnership. Its management and customer service is simplified as much as possible by its own application. It is thus a unique combination of Real Estate and IT investment. In the near future, BOXYLAND will not only be a place for self-storiging, but its branch network will also be a base for micro-logistics and thus participate in the development of e-commerce and modern urban life.
