Leicester City, who lost manager Enzo Maresca to Chelsea, are a -225 favorite to suffer their second relegation in three seasons.
Other newcomers Ipswich Town and Southampton are -120 and +100, respectively, to receive the drop. Two clubs who narrowly stayed up last season — Everton and Nottingham Forest — are both +250 to drop down a league.
