About Colorado Sports Betting
Colorado became the 19th state to legalize sports betting on May 1, 2020. Anyone who is at least 21 years of age, has a valid United States Social Security Number and is physically within the state of Colorado can bet with DraftKings Sportsbook there. It operates under the casino license of Twin River Worldwide Holdings and will soon be opening a retail sportsbook at their Mardi Gras Casino, Black Hawk location.
Sports betting in Colorado is regulated by the Colorado Gaming Control Commission. With that, Colorado has regulation that may differ from other states.
