How Thrillzz Sportsbook Actually Works

Thrillzz Sportsbook is a sweepstakes sportsbook that allows you to win real money depending on which on-platform currency you're betting, and it's available in 36 states. It has all the main markets you'd expect — moneylines, spreads, totals — plus some player props and game props.

How it Looks

How Each Currency Works
The key to understanding Thrillzz is the three different "currencies" available.
- Coins: Think of these as a "free-to-play" currency. They don't convert to actual money. If you're interested only in wagering real money, you can ignore these.
- Sweeps Tokens: Sweeps are the purple symbol with a dollar sign. You bet these, and when your bets win, they convert 1-1 to prize tickets.
- Prize Tickets: If you win the bets you made with sweeps, you'll get prize tickets, which convert 1-1 to actual dollars. But you need 50 prize tickets to withdraw.
So you bet with sweeps, and when those bets win, you get tickets, which convert 1-1 to dollars. You can also bet with coins, but they're for "free-to-play" — they don't turn into actual money.
In this example below, I had 1.9 sweeps tokens available and I bet 1 sweeps token on the Rays at +143. If they win, I'll get back 2.43 prize tickets, which would convert to $2.43. So it's similar to a $1 bet on the Rays.
How do you get more sweeps to bet? You'll start with $3 worth for free, then you'll get a a 100% match up to $25 in Sweeps Coins + Free Coins when you make your first purchase with promo code ACTION1. If you run out of sweeps tokens, you'll have to purchase more.
Making a Purchase
You make purchases on Thrillzz, not deposits. And you'll get both coins and sweeps when you make any purchase.
If you make a $25 purchase, you'll get $50 in sweeps right now via a 2x promotion, but normally you'd spend $25 and get 25 sweeps tokens.
