How much does the StreetEasy Concierge for sellers cost?
The StreetEasy Concierge comes at no cost to you. If our Concierge matches you with an Expert who successfully sells your home, the Expert will earn a commission — typically paid to them at closing as agreed upon by the buyer, seller, and their respective agents. But beyond any commissions paid, there is no additional cost to the seller for using the StreetEasy Concierge itself.
Can I work with the StreetEasy Concierge and an agent at the same time?
Yes. If you are at the start of your selling journey and have not yet entered an exclusive agreement with an agent, our Concierge can support you in making a decision on how you can sell your apartment on StreetEasy. Once you have entered an exclusive agreement with an agent, your agent will be able to field your questions and support you on your selling journey.
Can I have the StreetEasy Concierge act as my real estate agent resource if I list myself?
For FSBO listings, our Concierge can provide insight to improve your listing performance on StreetEasy. The StreetEasy Concierge for sellers may recommend that you speak with a real estate professional based on your specific advisory needs.
