His expertise in IT governance, IT enterprise architecture, and ITSM has been showcased in various roles, including as a Senior Business Analyst at Datacentrix, Baraka IT Solutions, and Accenture South Africa. With a solid academic background and hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing customer-centric strategies, Simphiwe is a valuable asset in driving business growth and improving overall business performance.
