Luke Littler played down any prospect of a boxing fight despite calling out TikTok star Beavo.

Littler has shot to unprecedented fame after his monumental rise in darts, finishing runner-up at the 2024 World Darts Championship in his breakout moment.

Surprisingly the 17-year-old teased a switch into the squared circle, calling out Beavo - real named Brandon Beavis - for an influencer fight.

But Misfits Boxing guru Mams Taylor has insisted he is currently focused on producing more tungsten magic, and was only serious on a later timeline.

"I actually messaged him right away as soon as I got wind of that," Taylor told talkSPORT.com.

"Lovely guy, he has come to a Misfits event before. I think he will come to Dublin later this year.

"But yeah he was like 'I'm just having banter I don't want to fight yet'.

"But he said 'you never know in the future'. Of course the door is always be open.

"It is right on brand with what Misfits Boxing is about. So it would be great to have him in the future."

Littler is unlikely to climb into any Misfits boxing event for several years, while full focus remains on keeping the momentum in his darts career.

He has not only gained notoriety in the world of arrows, but has gained a huge following on social media worldwide.

Any appearance in the squared circle would likely generate massive interest, but it will not be for several years.

Littler is currently on an extremely promising trajectory having won the major Premier League Darts competition, beating the likes of Luke Humphries, Michael Smith and Michael Van Gerwen.

He continued his fine run of form with another scintillating tournament win at the Poland Masters, cruising past Rob Cross 8-3 in the final.

'The Nuke' will be hoping he can continue his recent dominance, and push through to become the favourite to win the 2025 instalment of the Worlds at Ally Pally.

It will be a busy period for the teenage stars in the coming weeks, with the World Matchplay major to come in Blackpool from 13 July.

Littler will miss out on the chance to represent England this month at the World Cup however, with Humphries and Smith ranked higher on the PDC Order of Merit.
